On behalf of the Executive Board, we want to sincerely thank you for the opportunity to support your professional goals. As a member of FCCP, you join other professionals including providers, parents, and advocates for young children who are committed to improving the quality of family child care for all children. We are proud of the accomplishments our organization has made, but we are only as strong membership. Membership has the following benefits: voting at our annual general meeting, ballot elections, a subscription to our newsletter, The Merry-Go-Round (newsletter), and free workshops. Family child care providers will also be eligible to apply for scholarships for trainings, conferences, and the leadership summit. Becoming a member of Family Child Care Providers, INC. Association puts you in touch with a wealth of information and opportunities to enhance your family child care business or advocacy for early learning. It is our mission to help you in our quest to provide high quality care to the children in Sacramento and its surrounding areas. We are here to assist providers in growing their business into a successful and rewarding career. We are also here to assist parents and advocates with the latest public policy information and provide educational avenues to support family child care. Some of the benefits members of the FCCP receive are: ONLINE NETWORKING with Solutions A NEW PROVIDER MENTOR at the request of NEW member Access to Members Only areas of the Website Curriculum Ideas Professional Growth Workshops & Certificates Quarterly Newsletter Provider Events Information about Family Child Care Legislation Licensing Information and Updates Merchant Discount Program Connecting with other local providers Direct Relationship with FCCP Affiliates Membership is on an annual basis, running from January through December and is open to anyone who either providers family child care or who has an interest in supporting the family child care field. This Includes family child care providers and assistants, local and state child care resource and referral agencies, food program sponsors, corporations, parents and advocates. If you are a lifetime member please write LIFETIME at the top of your form and if you are a NEW or RE-ENROLLING Provider please write FREE and send a copy of your licensce to: FCCP c/o Membership P.O.
